Your information

When you join the RedTips email list, this site stores your email address, signup time and the consent you provide in a database managed by our website hosting platform. The purpose is to unlock your preview and support future RedTips music updates, private previews and artist notes. New opt-in signups are also sent to Brevo, our email provider, to maintain the fan list and send a welcome email and requested updates. We record delivery status and your consent in our website database. Brevo also records email delivery, opens and link clicks to help us understand whether messages reach fans.

Business inquiries

If you send an inquiry, this site stores your name, email, inquiry category, optional organization, message, and submission time so RedTips can review and respond. Inquiries are separate from the fan list and do not subscribe you to marketing. This version stores inquiries for owner review; automatic email notifications are not connected. Do not submit confidential documents or sensitive financial details. Contact RedTips through Instagram for deletion requests.

City requests

When you request a show, we store your email, city, region, country, participation preferences, consent, and submission time privately to evaluate tour demand and contact you about nearby shows. This is separate from the general fan list. Requests are not tickets or guaranteed shows. We count at most one request per email; email ownership is not yet verified, so requests are preliminary interest. To correct or remove a request or stop tour updates, contact bookingredtips@gmail.com. Automatic tour emails are not connected yet.

Night Drive

You can play without giving an email. Your personal best is stored on your device. A run identifier, start time and submitted result are temporarily stored to perform basic score checks. Online score saving requires email verification when delivery is enabled. Verification uses Brevo to send a short-lived code. We store your email privately, nickname, best score and update time; only your nickname and score appear on the public leaderboard. Do not use your real name or private information as a nickname. A necessary secure cookie keeps a verified player signed in for up to 30 days. Joining release updates is a separate optional choice. Codes expire after 10 minutes, and expired run records are cleared when new runs start. To remove a leaderboard entry, email record or marketing subscription, contact bookingredtips@gmail.com. No prizes are offered.

RedTips Passport

The guest Passport connects progress across Night Drive, Roof Runner and the Parking Deck without requiring an account. A necessary secure cookie stores a random credential in this browser for up to one year. The server stores its hashed form, a randomly assigned callsign, game progress, achievement status, pre-save click count and activity times. Passport progress is not linked to your email unless a future version clearly asks you to connect it. The community objective displays combined participation totals.

Site and game measurement

To improve the site and understand whether the games help fans reach the pre-save, we record limited first-party events such as pages opened, game starts, chosen weapon, mission progress and pre-save clicks. These events use a random identifier stored on your device and do not include your email, name or the full page you came from. Event records are removed after 90 days. Global Privacy Control is respected.

Your choices

Joining the email list does not authorize Spotify or Apple Music and does not subscribe you to SMS. ForeverFan music authorization is optional and has its own consent and privacy terms.

You can unsubscribe using the link in your welcome email or the button in your original unlocked vault session. This records your opt-out here and requests email suppression in Brevo. You will keep access to that session’s preview. For help removing your information after your session expires, contact RedTips through the official Instagram account. Existing opt-outs are respected; entering the same email again does not reactivate a subscription.

Preview access and security

A necessary, secure session cookie keeps your preview unlocked for up to seven days in this browser. The site temporarily records hashed request identifiers to limit signup abuse. Your email is not included in the preview URL and is not displayed to other visitors. An entered email is not treated as a verified identity.

Other services

The hosting provider processes technical request data to serve the site. Fonts load from Google Fonts. No advertising pixels have been added. External services, including ForeverFan, Instagram and streaming services, apply their own privacy practices.
